Hot rolled coils

Hot Rolled Coils are flat steel coils produced on hot strip mills and delivered in standard commercial and structural grades.

They cover thicknesses from approx. 0.90 to 25.0 mm and widths up to about 2,000 mm, enabling use in tube and hollow sections, steel structures and general fabrication.

ZAM

Zinc‑Aluminium‑Magnesium coated coils for demanding environments. Designed for long‑life structural and solar applications.

Zinc Aluminium Magnesium (ZAM) coatings are alloy zinc coatings containing Al and Mg, applied to steel strip by continuous hot‑dip galvanising. The alloy layer forms fine, dense corrosion products that significantly slow down rust formation compared to conventional galvanized coatings, especially at cut edges and deformed zones.

Zinc Magnesium is also used as base material for color coated coils for better corrosion resistance

ZAM COILS

ZAM coils combine high corrosion resistance, good formability and competitive weight for structures exposed to outdoor and aggressive atmospheres.

They are widely used as base material for roll‑formed profiles, solar mounting systems and other long‑span structural members where long service life is critical.

Standards & Grades

  • Standards: EN, ASTM and ISO stainless steel flat product standards for general purposes.
  • Typical grades: 304 / 304L, 316 / 316L, 430 for general and more corrosive environments; other austenitic, ferritic and duplex grades on request.

ZINC MAGNESIUM

Zinc‑Magnesium coated steel uses a zinc layer with added magnesium for improved corrosion and edge protection.
It slows red rust versus conventional galvanizing while maintaining good formability for roll‑formed profiles and mounting structures.
